Facility Hire at Warkworth Rackets

Warkworth Rackets offers versatile facilities suitable for hosting birthdays, family celebrations, sports dinners, meetings, and conferences. Our clubrooms feature a lounge, kitchen, and bar, with flexible packages tailored to suit your event needs.

Event Hire

  • Lounge, Kitchen & Bar: $300 + GST
  • Kids’ Parties: $100 + GST
  • Bond: $150-$500 (event dependant & refundable after inspection)

Capacity: Accommodates up to 120 people with tables, chairs, cutlery, and crockery included.

 

Bar Facilities for Events:

The bar is available for private functions under a Special Licence, which must be arranged in advance through Auckland City Council (approx. $65-$210 depending on number of event attendees).

  • Bar Manager: $35/hour + GST (club-appointed staff manage operations, including glassware).
  • Stock: A wide selection of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks at retail prices.
  • Glassware: Hirer arranges additional glassware as required.

 

Meetings & Conferences

  • Lounge & Kitchen: $35/hour or $200/day + GST
  • Lounge, Kitchen & Bar: $45/hour or $250/day + GST
  • Bond: $150-$500 (event dependant & refundable after inspection)

Includes tea-making facilities and seating for up to 40 people. 

 

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Smart TV: $80 + GST
  • JBL Party Speakers: $120 + GST each
  • Microphones: $30 + GST each
