As a member, you’ll receive regular email updates from us through our membership system ClubSpark (usually one or more per week) with news on club activities, events, tournaments, coaching, and facility upgrades.

If you’re not receiving emails for an extended period, there may be an issue with your membership account or email settings. Please get in touch so we can look into it.

When you first sign up (ClubSpark)

When you create your ClubSpark account, you can choose whether or not you want to receive club emails.
If you have inadvertently ticked the unsubscribe box, you will not receive any of our newsletters or updates.

To check this:

• Log in to your ClubSpark account

• Go to the Privacy and Consents tab

• Make sure the unsubscribe box is not checked

If you’re still not getting our emails

If you believe everything is set correctly but still aren’t seeing our emails:

• Check your spam/junk folder

• Mark the ClubSpark sender address as a trusted/safe sender so future emails go to your main inbox

If you’ve checked these and still aren’t receiving anything, please contact us and we’ll investigate and get your emails flowing again.
